Nutritionists and health experts agree that a healthy diet includes eating fish at least twice a week. But it can be confusing as to what fish is the healthiest.  Some types of fish are high in mercury content, a known carcinogen, and should be avoided or eaten in moderation.  Omega-3 fatty acids are highly beneficial to your health and can be found in many types of fish.  Omega-3 fats can help lower blood pressure, heart rate, and possibly your risk of depression.
